Queesch Magazine 5th anniversary party, 25. November 2006 at the Kulturfabrik!

Ich habe von René (Kufa) das Angebot bekommen, im November ein Queesch Festival in der Escher Kulturfabrik zu organisieren! Frage ist nun: was machen wir daraus! Ich möchte in den kommenden Tagen René treffen um über alles zu reden und um einen guten Deal auszuhandeln, schliesslich muss ja auch wieder etwas Geld für die Queesch reinkommen!!

Hier meine Ideen: - Konzert (max. 5 bands - bisjetzt confirmed: Tvesla, Orange Squad) - Live Dj Set - Workshops (A-teams, Graffiti) - Fanzine-Ausstellung (da müsste man Eric Fliegenbein kontaktieren - svaveldioxid) - Ausstellung (Salzinsel) - Projektion (Open Screen, falls jemand Tanja motiviert bekommt) - Theater (Stück von JFFG - Ender: Kontaktperson) - Veganes Essen / Koup - Débat (All Equal All Different // Decroissance ???)

Happening sur la thématique: All equal All Different

Nous avons convenu avec la Kulturfabrik d'organiser le 25. November 2006 un happening qui comportera les éléments suivants:

Thèmes et titres:

  • All Equal All Different
  • 5e anniversaire de la Queesch
  • Media (mani selwer medien maan)

Eléments:

  • Concert (max. 5 groupes locales et internationale - déjà confirmé Tvesla, Mutiny on the Bounty tbc, Orange Squad, Karma Lounge, Stories to Tell, Hyacinth, Cyberpiper, Last to Go, Disliked, Band Geek Mafia (Trier) Yannick, Broken Stars, LMS, Streckel Bands, Glaukom, Enregistré par steve albini, dum dum spero, inborn, couchgrass, mv20, Antimaniax (A), Green Light and the rocky Bretherens)
  • Sure:
    • Hitch
    • Los Apparatchiks

  • Live Dj Set (no den Konzerten an am Bar)
  • Workshops

We want to have workshops running before the festival that concentrate on using media and treat the topic of diversity. The following are relevant for that:

    • Radio (Graffiti, Sandra)
    • Printmedia (Queesch, Lepers Bell, Schuelerzeitungen, Emile, Gary)
    • Videoaktivism (SNJ, Adrien Promme, Fraenz Hausemer, Filmreakter)

About the workshop: Adrien Promme from the SNJ and Fraenz Hausemer confirmed that they are interested. I thaught also of asking Filmreakter maybe.... In fact the video workshop would be about filming events, demonstrations and concerts and than making clips out of it, for the Queesch CD for DVD's and for websites...

    • Music and/or theatre and /or dance (Fraenz Hausemer, Melanie Noesen, Tania Soubry)

I was also thinking if it would be interesting to make a music workshop or theatre in the two weeks before the festival and than make a performance on the festival.

    • Graphics, Layout and Design (Queesch, Patrick Halle, Ren Schroeder)

This workshops should happen in the period of two weeks before the festival in a timing and planning that will be arranged with the workshop facilitators and experts. It can be in afternoon, on weekends, etc. We have the rooms at our disposal from the Kulturfabrik and the Infoladen. We shoudl ask the SNJ to get some money to pay the facilitators and to pay the printmaterial (flyer and poster) for the workshops.
